SPINACH&MUSHROOMS OMELETTE
Three eggs, spinach, mushrooms, feta cheese. Served with sage roasted onions potatoes.

ITALIAN OMELETTE
Three eggs, Italian sausage, bell peppers, marinara sauce and provolone cheese. Served with sage roasted onion potatoes.

STEAK & EGGS
Three eggs any style and grilled 8oz New York steak. Served with sage roasted onion potatoes

SALMON AND EGGS
Scrambled eggs with onions, smoked salmon. Served with slice tomatoes.

AMERICAN EGGS
Two fried loaf of bread with fried eggs on a bed of ham, topped with marinara sauce. Served with sage roasted onions potatoes.

SPANISH EGGS
Two scramble eggs with fresh tomato, bell pepper and ricotta cheese. Served with butter fried croutons.
