A native of Verona, Italy, Fabio Conti began traveling at a young age and experienced cuisine from various European cultures. He came to the United States and worked in local restaurants to gain the knowledge and the resources for a storefront on Melrose, which he renovated into the first Fabiolus Cafe.

     A year later, Fabio opened his second Fabiolus Cafe, at the corner of Sunset and Vine. Ever since, Fabiolus cafe is synonymous with friendly service, great food and an eclectic wine list that complement the diverse medly of dishes mainly characteristic of Northern Italy.

      Fabio is a strong supporter of charities of all kinds in terms of donating food and restaurant space (from Aid to Aids, Project Angel Food, Los Angeles Orphan Society, AFI students and independent filmmakers).
